1. Conditions for concluding an accommodation contract
1.1 The accommodation of guests at the Boutique Hotel VILLA PATRIOT is based on a contract
accommodation concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll,
Civil Code, on the basis of which Boutique Hotel VILLA PATRIOT (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodation provider")
provides temporary accommodation to the guest for an agreed period or for a period of
resulting from the purpose of the accommodation in a designated facility and the guest (hereinafter also referred to as "guest")
undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for the accommodation and for the services connected with it within the period specified
these Accommodation Rules (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract"), usually in advance.
1.2 The Accommodation Contract is always concluded in writing. In order to comply with the form requirement, it shall be sufficient
at least a written confirmation of the order or reservation.
1.3 The rights and obligations of the parties not expressly provided for in the accommodation contract are
shall be governed by these accommodation regulations, the general terms and conditions of the accommodation provider and
the price list of the accommodation provider's services. If the accommodation contract stipulates something other than these accommodation rules and regulations

1.4 If the guest fails to comply with the obligations arising from the accommodation contract and the attached

2. Arrival at the hotel/guesthouse
4.1 When making a booking from the hotel website, or from another booking source, the

4.5 The receptionist will inform the guest of the accommodation rules and regulations no later than on the date of

4.6 The number of persons in the room corresponds to the number of persons registered for accommodation. The guest shall
agrees to notify the exact number of guests upon check-in.
4.7 The duration of the accommodation is agreed at the latest when the guest checks in and is recorded in the accommodation
book. The period of accommodation may be extended only with the consent of the accommodation provider and must be
supported by an entry in the electronic accommodation register.
4.8 The guest hereby grants the accommodation provider consent to the processing and storage of his/her personal
data, to the extent of the data provided, for the purpose of providing accommodation and recording
565/1990 Coll., on local taxes and Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on
residence of foreigners on the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts. Further obligations
of the guest and the accommodation provider with regard to the keeping of the registration book or the house book are set out in
the above-mentioned legal regulations.
5. General accommodation rules
5.1 The guest has the right to use the area reserved for his/her accommodation as well as the common areas.

5.3 The guest is obliged to:
- get acquainted with the accommodation rules and observe them;
- pay the price for accommodation according to the valid price list;
- properly use the premises intended for accommodation, maintain order and cleanliness in all areas

- use or charge electrical appliances or other electronic devices only
in the presence of the guest;

exclusively also chargers for consumer electronics (phones, tablets, PCs, rechargeable batteries - for electric bicycles,
scooters, drones, flashlights), while all devices brought in by the guest and connected to the accommodation provider's electrical network
electrical appliances and other electrical equipment must not be damaged and must bear the CE mark of conformity
(CONFORMITY EUROPE) and be marked with the following information: a) the rated voltage or its range, b)
the rated wattage or current, (c) the name or trade mark of the manufacturer or of the responsible
(d) the model or type, (e) the class of protection against electric shock

5.4 The Guest may not, without the consent of the accommodation provider:
- make substantial changes to the premises intended for accommodation (move furniture,
move equipment, etc.);
- remove any equipment and facilities from the accommodation premises;
- use his/her own appliances in the accommodation premises, except for small appliances
used by the guest for personal hygiene and office work;
- leave the accommodation premises to another person;
- receive visitors in the accommodation
- give the address of the house with the accommodation as his place of business;
- keep pets on the premises. Animals are not allowed in the establishment
5.5 A guest shall not:
- Carry weapons, ammunition and explosives or otherwise keep them in a condition that allows their
immediate use;
- possess, manufacture or keep narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless they are
drugs prescribed for use by a doctor;
- smoke
- use open flames.
6. Responsibility of the accommodation provider for the belongings of the accommodated person
6.1 If the guest requests, the accommodation provider shall take custody of the guest's money, jewellery, valuables and
or other valuables. The hotel shall have the right to refuse to take custody of items if they are
dangerous or disproportionate in value and scope to the accommodation establishment. The accommodation provider
requests that the items be handed over to him in a closed or sealed box.
6.2 A request for compensation for damage caused to the property of a resident may only be notified within 15 days
after the damage has been discovered. Damage will not be reimbursed if the damage was caused by the guest or
or the person accompanying the guest.
6.3 If the guest leaves his/her belongings in the room after the end of the stay and the accommodation is not paid for,
the accommodation provider will remove the guest's belongings from the room and store them in a safe place so that
to prevent damage to them. Upon payment of the accommodation debt, the host will release the stored items to the guest

7. Safety, guest's liability for damage
7.1 The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the safety rules and the evacuation plan in case of

7.3 The Guest shall conduct himself or herself in such a manner as to avoid unreasonable harm to liberty, life,

7.4 The Guest may not use his/her own appliances or other devices in the room or in any other area of the accommodation provider.

7.5 If the guest causes damage to the property of the accommodation provider by his/her actions, he/she is obliged to pay for it in full

8. Departure from the hotel
8.1 The guest is obliged to leave the room where he/she is staying by 11:00 a.m.
8.2 The guest shall close the room and, if all obligations are paid, leave the hotel via the reception if

9. Information on the handling of personal data
9.1 The accommodation provider processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council
(EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation
9.2 For the purpose of the accommodation contract and related facts, the following personal data is processed

9.3 Personal data will be processed manually and automatically by the accommodation provider directly
through its authorised employees and
processors commissioned by the accommodation provider on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
9.4 List of subjects/categories of recipients to whom the guest's personal data may be disclosed,
is based on the legal standards to which the accommodation provider is subject.
9.5 Personal data will be processed by the accommodation provider for a period of 6 years, or for the period required
applicable legal regulations (e.g. Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners on
the territory of the Czech Republic).
9.6 The guest has the right to access his/her personal data processed by the accommodation provider, their
rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and the right to object to
processing.
9.7 The guest also has the right to obtain from the accommodation provider personal data concerning the guest which the entity
the data subject has provided to the accommodation provider. The accommodation provider shall provide the data subject with the following upon the guest's request
the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
format or, at the request of the guest, provide it to another clearly identified controller. This
right shall not apply to personal data which are not processed by automated means.
8.3 If the guest believes that his or her personal data is being processed unlawfully, he or she may
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for
Personal Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
